All our photographic services are designed and created exclusively for the paying Client. Every image we produce is oriented toward their complete satisfaction.

However, we are always open to collaborating with all vendors present at the event, in a spirit of mutual respect and ensuring our clients an excellent and seamless service.


We reserve the right to apply fees for third-party requests regarding the produced material or, in extreme cases, to deny sharing any material.


SHARING AND USE OF IMAGES

It is important to remember that the photographs created by STUDIO167 are works protected by copyright law (Law No. 633/1941).

This means that no one may use the images without authorization from Studio167. Only the studio can grant free or paid licenses.


We usually share with all collaborators, via e-mail, a selection of images called Highlights, which typically includes between 50 and 150 photographs, depending on the duration and type of the event.

  • The copyright of this selection is granted free of charge for personal and exclusive use. This right is non-transferable and is attributed solely to the email address holder to whom the images were sent. The free copyright applies exclusively to the images included in the Highlights selection and is personal and non-transferable.
  • The use of images from the Highlights selection is permitted only on social media. For any other use (for example: website, showroom, promotional materials, etc.), it is possible to purchase additional copyright rights by sending a request via email to info@167studio.com.


Sharing the images with third parties constitutes a serious copyright violation; therefore, even if the images have been sent to you, it is strictly forbidden to share them with anyone, as they remain subject to copyright law and cannot be used at your discretion. To use the images correctly, please follow these simple rules:

  • Do not modify or alter in any way the images received. The post-production applied by STUDIO167 is an integral part of our visual and creative language.
  • Do not publish alternative versions of the images: each photograph must be considered a finished work, composed of both the shot and its post-production.
  • In every publication, it is mandatory by law to clearly and visibly credit the Author. Hidden or hard-to-read credits are not permitted. For Instagram, the tag is @Studio167__ For website use a backlink to our official website must be included on the same page.


It is not permitted to:

  • Obtain images from the couple or from third parties.
  • Obtain images by taking screenshots from the social networks or website of STUDIO167.


If a vendor requests or receives photographs from the couple, bypassing the photographer and using such images without authorization, this behavior is considered a violation of copyright law.


Such an action is equivalent, in all respects, to the improper and unauthorized use of photographic material and may lead to legal action to protect the rights of Studio167.

Images can always be requested properly and transparently: depending on the case, they may be granted with a free license or subject to a fee, as provided by current regulations.


Please note that any unauthorized use of material, outside the terms stated above, may result in legal action.
