Hello! We’re Giulia and Matteo, the founders of Studio167, a destination wedding photography studio mainly active in Italy and France.
WHY COLLABORATE WITH STUDIO167
In recent years, the approach to wedding photography has become increasingly standardized: perfect images, often constructed.
Our Vision was created precisely as an alternative to this kind of visual language (tap on link to visit the page: "Vision").
We believe that a photographic project doesn’t need to be “perfect” to be beautiful.
Therefore:
- We photograph the day in a natural, tactile and vibrant way, with grain and real light
- We don’t construct scenes, we let them happen
- The couples who choose us are not looking for a glossy product: they want an authentic story of their day
- Our goal is to preserve over time the atmosphere, the people and the genuine emotions of the event
ADVANTAGES OF THE “EASY GOING” APPROACH
Most of our clients come from abroad and choose Italy and France not only for the beauty of the locations, but to experience a wedding that feels deeply human and far from overly constructed conventions.
For this reason, we always enjoy connecting with agencies and wedding planners who share a similar vision of events: carefully curated weddings that are truly lived.
The real advantages we experience working with this type of target:
- Mutual trust and respect with the client
- Consistency and participation from both sides
- Total artistic freedom of interpretation
- We work with relaxed timelines
Advantages for Agencies / Wedding Planners:
- We brief the client ourselves (the information on our website — FAQ — is reinforced during booking through semi-automated communication)
- No time lost in endless photo sessions (we need a maximum of 30 minutes, often much less)
- We independently collect the information needed for the service via a questionnaire 2 weeks before the event
- No demands on the delivered work (we have never received requests for revisions)
- We don’t work with shot lists, but with mood boards, which avoids misunderstandings (the difference between the two options is clearly explained to the client)
- No stress — we always create something meaningful with what’s available, but if you wish to add details we’ll be happy :)
- No discussions with the photographer — we adapt to any timeline or situation
- Booking is fully online and automated (each client receives a personal space containing all documentation)

GENERAL COLLABORATION POLICIES
We always enjoy collaborating with all professionals involved in the event and strongly believe in the value of teamwork. When every vendor works in harmony, the experience for the couple becomes smoother, more enjoyable and memorable for everyone. So, to keep collaborations clear and pleasant over time, we have defined a few simple guidelines that help us work in a balanced and transparent way with agencies and wedding planners.
Collaboration means finding the right balance between needs and mutual respect.
When an agency or wedding planner is actively involved in managing the client and organizing the event, we are happy to recognize a collaboration fee, particularly when:
- We collaborate with partners applying a fee not exceeding 10% of the total quote (travel expenses excluded)
- To ensure maximum transparency, any fee must be communicated at the first contact, before confirming the collaboration
- The fee is recognized when the agency or planner is effectively involved in client management, planning, coordination and supervision of the event
- Collaboration fees are generally not applicable for services below €1,000 (taxes and travel expenses excluded)
- We prefer working with planners involved in the full wedding planning, rather than day-of coordination only
If these conditions are not met, Studio167 reserves the right to:
- Not recognize the collaboration fee
- Review or redefine the terms of the collaboration based on the activities actually carried out
IMAGE COPYRIGHT & USAGE
All photographs created by Studio167 are protected by copyright law (Italian Law No. 633/1941) and cannot be used without authorization.
At the same time, we are always happy to share images with the professionals who contributed to the event in fact, after the wedding, we usually share an Highlights selection (approximately 50–150 images) with collaborators via email. These photographs can be used free of charge on personal social media.
However, please note that:
- The license is personal and non-transferable
- It is valid only for the email recipient
- It applies exclusively to the images included in the Highlights selection
Any other use — such as websites, promotional materials, print or showroom usage — requires a written request at info@167studio.com and may be subject to a licensing fee.
To protect the integrity of our work, it is not permitted to:
- Share the images with third parties
- Obtain photographs directly from the couple or other vendors
- Use screenshots from our website or social media
- Modify, crop, or apply filters to the images
Each photograph must be published exactly as delivered, as post-production is an integral part of our photographic language.
The following credits are required for every publication:
- If images are published on Instagram → @studio167__
- If images are published on websites → a back-link to www.167studio.com on the same page where the image appears

DEDICATED CONTENT (photos in STUDIO167’s style) FOR AGENCIES’ MARKETING
If the Agency or Wedding Planner requires additional images for marketing purposes, we are always happy to provide photo proofs of our complete work, allowing them to make their selection and receive a quote for the licensing of usage rights.
